Does anyone have pattern for a quilt block of a baby cowboy with a stick horse?

I saw this years ago at a quilt show. The blocks were appliqued, Sunbonnet Sue style. A baby in a diaper wearing cowboy boots and Dads cowboy hat, down over the ears hiding the face, in profile, astraddle a stick horse.
